Simon Marner - City & Country's Land & Property Director....
Simon Marner is clearly intent on "Depriving us of Earning a Living" by his refusal to enforce the contractual obligations upon our neighbours to return our land along with having the remaining Six Covenants that we had been assured had been removed during 2016 along with C&C providing the "Deed of Release" required by the Land Registry. As with any of City & Country's breach' of contract or failure to comply are met with Simon Marner's quoting from Tim Sargeant, who states "sorry but if you don't like it sue us"

As City & Country's Land and Property Director Simon Marner would appear to be the person responsible for the companies Joint Venture Partnership's. Unfortunately Tim Sargeant has now dumped us into the hands of Mr Marner who refuses to enforce the contract with our neighbours stating "if you want it done then do it yourself and sue us"....

City & Country were contracted to return a strip of land to our ownership measuring 4 metres in width, together with their erecting a 1 metre high stock proof fence along the boundary line. That was to have been undertaken during early 2010, since then the stock fence erected had rotted in the ground while the woodland had grown and developed considerably.... C&C have stated "if you want it done do it yourself".

Tim Sargeant claimed that "We at C&C only ever foresaw one fence that was owned by Barn 1 but which you were responsible for the maintenance of as you were more likely to cause any damage, unfortunately we didn't envisage that it would blow over in he slightest breeze". Now C&C were contracted to erect a 1 metre high stock proof fence while our neighbour were contracted to erect a separate close boarded 2 metres high fence. Tim Sargeant cost us well over £10,000 with needless arguing with our new neighbours just so that the Sargeant's could wriggle out of the contracted stock fence by providing false assurances to our new neighbours that the fence was correct.

City & Country were contracted to ourselves to "Erect a 1 metre high stock proof fence" along the boundary line of the Barns to with hold our livestock, while the purchasers of Barn 1 had been contracted to erect a "Screen Fence" being "2 metres in height" along their boundary being inside ours and on their land.
