Tim Sargeant continues to bring C&C into Disrepute!!!
Tim Sargeant couldn't help letting us know what he had done when he openly boasted to us "Honestly... is it really our fault if your solicitors are to stupid to read what we put in front of them" and that little scam cost us over £400,000 in the Overage Payment that was detailed in our mutual contract with City & Country.... little wonder he's still laughing
Tim Sargeant.... as the Chairman of C&C had coined a catch phrase which Simon Marner is now emulating when they don't want to honour their contracts "if you don't like it then sue us"... problem is that they would most probably fold the company up without even thinking about it.
When Tim Sargeant had recently emailed us insisting that everything was a "Vile Pack of Lies" I replied immediately asking for him to inform us of anything that he could show was in any way false and it would be removed within the hour... so far he has failed to respond, now why would that be... I think I would have replied, wouldn't you?
City & Country appears to be an amalgamation of 50 Plus Limited Liability companies. Now that would indicate that each individual contracted project undertaken would result in a new C&C limited liability company being formed. So if C&C are ever faced with being sued they can just wind up that one single company hence the bravado... "If you don't like it sue me"! It all appears to be very false and misleading. Like Father Like Son!!!
Staying with "Like Father Like Son" the ole fellow depicted represents part of Sarbir Ltd being made up of these family members being the Messer's Sargeant/Bird Partnership who were well crafted in life being little more than any other back street builder. We had been informed that Sarbir Ltd managed to leave a number of dissolved companies in their wake... obviously our legal team hadn't realised just how devious C&C could be having left the door open for them to deprive us of the Overage Payment of £410,000.
My personal advise to anyone having the misfortune of dealing with the arrogant obnoxious behaviour of Simon Marner would be to run as fast as you can and don't look back! Mr Marner's actions represent a blatant "Abuse of Power under the Fraud Act 2006" in his purposely depriving us of earning a living... Mr Marner's bigoted behaviour allows him to ignore C&C's contracted obligations to undertake the fencing obligations in returning our land.
Tim Sargeant made an offer of settlement only to renege!
Tim Sargeant had written to ourselves with an offer of settlement in the sum of £650,000-00 which was to be agreed by C&C directors and paid within 10 days. We had replied and accepted that offer and as you might have guessed Tim Sargeant reneged once again.
Why would he do that if he was genuine
